Questionnaire for the Factory of the Year/GEO 2012 

Filling out and submission of questionnaire: geo@atkearney.com	by June 1st, 2012

Individual assessment for all participants:	October/November 2012
Awarding of prizes during the Factory of the Year/GEO 2012 conference:	March 2013

	Prerequisite for the participation in the Factory of the Year/GEOaward from A.T. Kearney and the business magazine "Produktion" is a completely filled out questionnaire.
	After the returned questionnaires have been reviewed, finalists are selected and visited on-site by the Factory of the Year/GEO team.
	As a next step, the Jury of the Factory of the Year/GEO award selects the winners. Those participants, who have demonstrated outstanding performance or unique creativity in individual categories of the assessment model, will be presented a special award.
	The winners will be announced end of September and presented by the weekly business magazine "Produktion". Moreover, in an extra edition of the magazine at the turn of the year all winners of the competition will be explicitly appreciated after visited on-site by an editor.
	The prizes will be awarded in February/March of the next year during the annual GEO conference.
	All participating companies will receive a confidential feedback that gives them information on their position in the competition as opposed to companies with a comparable structure and requirements.
